Complain

Good day Im not impressed by the service received,I ordered a phone on monday 23 March and it was before the lock down was announced by the president paid it immediatly,,,I ordered the phone so I can work from home as my current phone was giving me problems to connect to cyntrix. Then it took takealot time to ship it and now I havent received my order im at home expected to work im stucked,I checked the website the entire week I dont see no contact details anymore I kept tracking my order and since after payment nothing was done.it is unproffesional of you to not communicate with me as this is an urgent need I need to start working from home and no phone to connect next thing I checked now my estimated delivery date is the 27April with no communication,,,,I expected communication regarding this,,it would have been very nice and preofessional for you guys to speed up your orders before lockdown. I expect my deliver asap as I was promised that the estimated delivery will be the 27March because my work can not stop due to takealots unprofessionalism. I dont even understand why this is delaying because telecons are essential now that everyone is working from home.
