complain

I took a step of calling Takealot and complain were I was told that it was the providers (JVC) AND NOT A Takealot problem anymore, more over the lady I was speaking to provided me with the contact number ((0) 12 *** and ***) I took a step and called the and they told me they do not deal with such queries of tv and they hanged up , I called Takealot back where I spoke to Bongisipho B to who I have explained the situation and he advised to escalate the matter on the 25th September 2025 with no respond until today

I really do not know which step to take anymore because I bought the tv with Takealot but no they are directing me to the provider who is saying they cannot assist ,and back to take a lot give me run arounds

I am exhausted to seeking help on your side I would like them to exchange their tv or refund me as this is not my fault .
