Complain

i have ordered Iphone 15 on the 24th July 2024, on the 31 July 2024 they delivered stop watch i phoned them same day they delivered wrong order. they came to collect the stop watch on the 1st Aug 2024, i have been calling almost everyday without any feedback.

13 Aug 2024 i received email saying iphone 15 declined because their warehouse footage is showing phone was packed. the issue is i didnt order stop watch but i have received stop watch.

they are refusing to deliver the phone that i paid R17 400 or then refund my money
