Complain

I have placed an order ana was supposed to have been delivered on Monday the 4th.The delivery did not happen. It was cancelled and no body bothered to tell me anything. I got a text telling that the delivery would happen today the 6th, instead I got a call asking me if I was in Johannesburg, of which the adres indicates. Again the delivery was cancelled and nobody bothered to tell me why. When I call the number that called me in the morning. The person is rude.. I need that order today. Thank you
