Company/Staff morals

Not helpful at all. The call centre staff is deceiving. They make promises they do not adhere to and tell you that they will look into the matter and email you but this never happens. I will not buy anything from them again no matter how inexpensive they are. I will rather go to Woolworths/Toys R Us/ Game/Dion Wired etc should I need anything. They can take their goods and prices and shove it where the sun does not shine.
