Takealot has the worst service. I am losing money in a daily because of their incompetence they can resolve anything from Tuesday till Tuesday they escalating my matter. Make it make sense for me to still be patient. Sites not replying okay you gonna keep emailing and never get someone to find out why people are not responding. I wish Amazon will come to SA already so this nee ownership of takealot can just die out and **** down. They can’t even look after their staff no wonder people don’t do their jobs.
