Communication is TERRIBLE

3 days in a row my order shows out for delivery. Order # ********** 7 and Order # ********** 4. 1st its almost impossible to find the call centre number on the takealot website. All previous emails from a person is info@takealot and nobody every has a telephone number in their emails. Managers are always in meetings. Takealot does not have the telephone numbers of their 3rd party couriers (I smell serious BS here).
