communication is key

don't confuse them by ordering more than 1 item... i ordered 4 items, so they lost 2 and wouldn't let me have the remaining 2...and **** to me for a week telling me its out for delivery making me wait at home for nothing..... sometimes the convenience of online ordering is not worth the hassle.
