Comical customer service : Took my money but failed to deliver

They simply took my money. Delivered the wrong item at their collection point which I refuse to take and I never heard from them again. The order #***9 is marked as collected but signed by nobody. My R250 gone just like that. What a bunch of clowns. I never heard from them again. How do such companies manage to thrive in this country.
