Come on Takealot

Placed an Order #***Oct 2021, Takealot delivered box full of masks to us on the 13th , I immediately requested that that come collect and send us the items we ordered. on the 16th I realized that they are only going to deliver one item to me with a new order number Order #***8 . called them told them I had ordered two things , they assured me that it will be sorted . Monday the 18th I noticed on their website that one item is still scheduled for delivered I called spoke to a rude consultant and nothing was done . today is Tuesday and they send me an email saying "We'd like to confirm that the below item(s) have been successfully cancelled as per your request" i did not request for such .

How difficult can it be to look at the order and deliver the items ordered . why did I receive a pack of masks i did not order ? how hard is it to replace the order without me having to call you and tell you how to do your Job .
