Come on, manage your website

Trying to buy an item, managed to get it in my cart. Then the system basically crashes as once again you have not planned properly for peak times. I wait till things have calmed down, then when I go back into my cart, the item I listed is out of stock! I mean what is wrong with you guys. It is not even something large, it is a bottle of perfume for my wife. A related issue is to get to your customer care, it is if you are hiding behind a IT wall. When it was Kalahari, the prices were good and the service great, Now everything seems to be below average to bad. Your service is shocking. i will find an alternative supplier . I have left my cart as is, you can do with it what you want.
