COME ON CONSUMER COMMISSION....TAKEALOT IS ********LY NEGLIGENT AND UNCARING

I ordered Patio Furniture from Takealot. Nowhere on their site do they say it is flatpack and not assembled. What makes matters worse is that when it was delivered, it was not in a box or wrapped. Each of many many pieces was simply dumped on my patio by the Delivery man, the *****s were strewn across my patio and there were no assembly instructions. I have been trying for two weeks now to get Takealot to take their ******* away. Every Delivery man who comes round (there have been two) refuses to take it away either because their vehicle is not big enough, or because the pieces are loose. The call centre is worse than pathetic and simply put me on hold every time I call. There is quite literally NOBODY AT TAKEALOT with any authority to talk to. Surely this is a legitimate Class Action, Competition Commission and Consumer Watchdog target given the number of complaints about this ********ly unaccountable company operating with *** abandon?
