Come-on AMAZON, come quick!!!!!

Ordered and paid for an EcoFlow Delta 2 power station on 24 Nov. Was aware of and accepted the approx 5 - 7 day waiting period. Onb30 Nov the order status changed to indicate that item is expected to ship on 01 Dec, for delivery before 5 Dec. Hours later I receive the now-*****oo-fami**** "sorry we cant source stock ......." e-mail. My order is now cancelled! If I want a refund, well here's another hoop to jump through while following another process. No doubt a mandatory wait of 2 - 5 business days (bank dependant apparently) before funds are returned. Pathetic to say the least, and no direct way to contact them either.
