Collections at Takealot Warehouse, Milnerton, Cape Town

What a slick operation at Collections! Having purchased my item on Black Friday, and experiencing the website crash, I fully expected a lengthy wait at Collections. From arrival at the security gate, through to parking, and to the waiting area, all staff gave clear directions. Collections appeared to be geared up for a busy day, following Black Friday. I must have waited for a minute, before seeing my name up on the digital board, pointing me to a certain counter. The counter staff member was very friendly and courteous, and within 2 minutes, I had my purchase in hand, and was on my way out. Well done, Takealot.
