Collection is late and no confirmed date on pickup

I submitted a request to return 2 items (same order but different references) over a week ago. One of the items were collected as per communication, the other item is still with me. I have called takealot twice to resolve this as I don't know when the item will be collected. Last call center agent said item will be collected yesterday and this did not happen. I just wanted some clear communication on the next steps since the courier service failed to fulfil their promise. I am truly disappointed on the return procedure, it's inefficient as both items could have been collected.
