Collection from Takealot Warehouse Montague Gardens

Let me start by saying that I have always been a fan of Takealot. The staff are great and this review is not a reflection on the service I receive from the warehouse staff.

I would be able to place a collecting order in the morning and 2 to 3 hours later go and collect from the Montague Gardens warehouse. My last 2 collection orders, one before lockdown and one just last week have been terrible. Both orders placed before 11 am with a collection date of the next day (WHY) and more than 24hours later I had to call to get the order released. Surely it should be better than this
