Collection for return not attended

I have locked the products I bought on Takealot for return and I have been getting the run arounds hence they canceled my return schedule 3 times without being given an explanation why did not collect my products.

Today they were supposed to come collect and the driver did not pitch meaning it will be the fourth attempt. I am helpless as a result hence there is nothing I can do on my side because I can't do anything on their app since the product are scheduled for return on the app.

I am frustrated and helpless
