Collection for return

I have been given enough runaround regarding the collection of a Defy fridge that has no serial number for warranty registration, how am I expected to keep that fridge? It supposedly has a 24 month warranty that I can’t get. Something wrong happens to it after 3 months who will I turn to?🤔 Your courier has been saying they’re coming to collect but still no show, please collect this fridge ASAP!
