Collection delay

I placed my first order with TakeALot and received the package within 3 days and at the time i was quite impressed with the excellent service. However i was not pleased with the content and duly logged a return and refund the very same day of delivery. I have been waiting for more than 10 days now for TakeALot to collect my return. The instruction was given on the 21 May 2020 and today is the 2 June 2020. The collection was rescheduled for 1 June 2020 and i am still waiting.
