Collection Declined: RRN-14D0-***27 MDX***5 Mar 19, 12:31

I recently returned a bag of Optimizor Premium Puppy food because of another brand's pellet was found in it. It was declined due to the following reasons:

I would kindly like to inform you that our warehouse have unfortunately declined your return item.

Kindly note that we declined the item due the whole bag was almost consumed, as well as you not returning the item immediately.

Please note that we will be returning your Takealot item back to you.

I've told the representative that dealt with the return that I did inform you immediately when I saw the different pellet and I only noticed that there was a different kind of pellet in the food when the bag was almost consumed I would have returned it earlier should I have known,but unfortunately I only noticed it when I informed you. Takalot is insisting that they can't replace product due to the aforesaid reasons. The simply does not listen to what their customers is saying.
