Collection changes

I have ordered from Takealot a few times already and prefer to collect directly from the warehouse in case there is something wrong with my purchase.

I wanted to purchase something and noticed that the Cape Town warehouse is no longer an option for collection. I mailed Takealot to enquire why I can no longer collect from the warehouse and told it is no longer an option no explanation given.

Now I need to purchase from Takealot select a collection point and pay an additional fee to use a Takealot collection point. If Takealot is going to remove the warehouse for collection without reason then Takealot should absorb the cost of delivering to a collection point.
