collection and lies

I have had a package delivered wIhich was incomplete, as an item was missing. Immediately I logged for a collection and refund this was last week.

Since Monday, I have been getting texts that the collection has been moved to the next day, ITS BEEN 3 DAYS OF THE SAME THING.

PLEASE COME AND COLLECT THIS ITEM FROM MY HOUSE.
