(Collection) About Collection options&time frames (#***0) Agent Thokozani.H

I so disappointed with the customer care service that was provided or not provided by agent Thokozani H who was assisting me with regards to my query which was an order I had placed for a watch that i wanted to give my son for Christmas after realizing that it will only arrive 04 January. I sent a query to say would it be possible to collect the order, He responded to say yes I can and I could collect it this weekend. But how or what I need to do was not discussed nor was he responding timeously so that I have enough time to take action. This was the 1st time i placed an order with Takealot, i would not recommend the service nor would I encourage anyone to use these service!!!I would like to cancel my order
