Coffee machine/ birthday msg

I ordered a birthday gift for a friend on Friday the 26th, it was delivered yesterday the 29th. I had requested a birthday msg which did not come with the gift so she got the gift but didn’t know where it was from, and the free capsules that supposed to come with the coffee machine are not in the box either.

This ruined my surprise for her cause she had to go around asking if anyone bought the coffee machine since it came with no note. I am not happy with this at all.
