COD Smoke and Mirrors

Last week I requested a COD payment for an order and next day delivery, on the website it showed the order would be delivered by 5pm the next day; for that reason I used my work address the they only delivered 1/3 items and I had to reschedule a delivery date(that part of their website is buggy by the way) in hopes to get the items while I'm at work. I sent support this via email and they still came requesting the full payment again: "hi I have a COD order #**********7, I received only one item from the order and the other two will be delivered on Tuesday. I paid the full amount due as the delivery guy said but I got a sms saying that i must pay again please assist.sms:- Hi Tichina, your Takealot order #**********7 is rescheduled for delivery before 5:00 PM on Tue 2 Mar.
