I purchased two smart watches from them. One watch came without a charger. I informed them and courier collected it. Two weeks later, courier returned with the same watch without charger. I complained again, also mentioned to them that the second watch stopped working. Couriers collected both and I informed them that I would like vouchers in order to purchase better brand smart watches. I Today, the couriers dropped the same watches. No vouchers as promised. How do they operate? Don't the people in the warehouse communicate with the person who emailed me and jnformed that I will receive vouchers? Should I email them again and the box will be collected for the third time? I am disappointed. All I now want, is a refund or vouchers, as per my instructions with the staff of Takealot. Thank uou
