Clumsy staff

Yesterday I received my material from takealot. I have to say I am deeply dissatisfied with my order that was delivered by their dispatch staff. My order was dispatched from Centurion and it took longer to get here because one item (TV Stand) needed to be shipped. To my surprise they(Sello & Steve) told me the item is damaged and that they already told their supervisor (Vusi) and that they taking it back. When the back of van ( Ford Transit ) items of myself and I guess other customers were bedraggled all over the place standing sideways as if they were running from police. I asked what happened and Steve rep**** that he don't know. I asked was this caused by the way you drove he said no he found it like that. Meaning the staff who packed the van just threw everything inside. My poor TV stand was lying damaged in the van but these two logged a return that my item was missing and I'm not sure if i will ever find it or even receive it this year. I didn't even sign for anything because they said it's not the complete order. When they left the premises, I went on further to unwrap my couches just to find the back wood and the side wood of the couch is damaged as well, as for the bookshelf stand, the box was wet. Luckily nothing damaged. While I was busy making space for the couches to be off loaded inside my house I heard a big bang from outside and wasn't sure where it came from. Now I'm sure that's how the item got damaged while these two were offloading. I will attached images below of the staff and what the items were looking like. My wife logged a return on the couches and wants a refund. This is my first big order with takealot and sad to see this. I hope this mail finds you and likely you'll solve this matter.
