Clueless takealot.com

I sent my laptop in for for a refund and they said there was damage to the device and therefore they could not refund me, that part I understand.

However takealot has not returned my laptop nearly a week later. I have called their customer service twice, I have sent 2 emails, I have even driven to their Midrand branch and not a single person has been able to assist me or even knows where my laptop is. This is really frustrating as this is my work tool and my work has stopped.

I even asked to be put through to their returns manager and the call center agent said she cannot put me through. How can such a big business be so clueless.
