Clueless company

<p>I bought an item that turned out to be faulty, we won't discuss how the box was ripped and busted up on delivery .. I marked the item for return, they didnt collect in a week and I had to leave for holiday, so I left the item at the office.</p> <p>On takealotgivenothingbacks website, they said the return was processed and in the warehouse for inspection, I checked with the office and the item was still there. Next thing I see a replacement order is created and a few days later delivered. Now by this time the entire office was closed, so where did the item get delivered to, they tell me I signed for it at the office, meanwhile I am on holiday, so now they have to escalate it with the courier company to find out where the item is and alas here I am, waiting for a week now and my faulty item is still in my office and who knows where the replacement item is sitting.</p> <p>If anyone has received a free air fryer recently, please return it to me.</p>
