cloudgate cicrle from takealot

Hi I bought a cloudgate circle from takealot, the unit arrived where i noticed the box wasn't sealed. i checked the goods and all looked ok. After using the unit for about a week the unit started to crash and then reboots, this happened every 20min+-. I posted a comment on cloudgates webpage. They never got back to me and my post still needs to be moderated. This was done on the 30th of December. \ the unit was bought around a month ago".<br> I contacted cloudgate who told me they are aware of the units having these problems. They \""on mail\"" advised that takealot should swop out my unit. I requested this to find out that they too have a notice that the units might be recalled. They dont want to swop it out but first collect and send for repairs. The unit is still new. what should i use for weeks if they have my unit which i paid in full. I want the unit replaced when they collect the faulty one. But this is not the takealot policy. People think twice before buying cloudgate products from takealot or any electronics therefore. if something is wrong after 7 days you will sit without what you paid for "
