Clothes locked in the washing machine

I returned the Hisense machine which had a factory fault. The machine locked in my clothes and i promised they will be delivered back to me once the machine is opened by the manufacturer. Every time i call their call center i am told i has been escalated but nothing is done today and have not yet received my clothes back. The return number is MRRN-25WND-GAO7 Return Logged 28 Nov 2021
