Closed pick up point

Ordered a book on Thursday 1 April 2021 for pick at Hennopspark on 02 April 2021. Friday 17:00pm came and went and I still had not received and SMS. Only on Monday 5 April did the SMS finally, I went to pick up my order 14:00pm, but alas the pick up point was closed. Went again, twice, on Tuesday 6 April and the pick up point was still closed with message whatsoever. And of course the Contact us page only shows their operating hours, instead of displaying contact numbers and emails for when you experience problems
