Client reviews means nothing to Takealot. Clients complain and takealot still sell bad products with bad reviews and not delivered on everything that was advertised

I order two exactly the same items 3D pens the only thing that was different was the color the one is pink and the other blue. The pink one is perfect have all the features work perfect however this item is advertised with 10 filaments. We only received 3. Does takealot ever look at their reviews. This is a complaint on all the reviews. To come back to the 2nd 3D pen I ordered all features on takealot the exact same as the pink one I ordered however when this was opened. This item even appeared of bad quality not all features on the item is working. There is a speed control that does nothing and again does Takealot not view and do something about their reviews. CLIENTS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FILAMENT. WHY IS THERE REVIEWS IF TAKEALOT IGNORES IT. This pen came again with only 3 filament not as advertised . Advertised 10 filaments. These 2 where presents for kids hence the reason for next day delivery. Honestly Takealot do you not care about client service that is why a reviews are written to point your attention to bad products and for you to do something about it. Now according to your customer service. Just sent item back. Whoopy. What about this is for a present . I needed it urgently. You put your customers in a bad spot. Clearly you do not care. Customer service is non existent and that also do not bother you. If it did client reviews would have mattered and you would have done something about it
