Client pays for to take alot mistakes

Worst service ever . I will not order from them again . They sent me items that had missing parts . I asked for the parts . They refused and collected the item . They then credited some of the money . I said that's not what I paid what about the delivery fee . Is was then told to reorder they would waiver the delivery fee . I reordered and the did not waiver the fee. I had to pay double for there mistakes. And they **** . They dont respond to emails .
