Clear counterfeit products on Takealot

I am an avid shopper on Takealot but are saddened to report that I received a counterfeit product recently. I have considered all option here but when the box is branded in the company logo that I expected to get but the product is so clearly not to that standard, you wonder what measures are put in place to stop this?

I am cognisant of the fact that some 3rd parties full-fill orders but as it is promoted via google (while searching for the official product) and delivered in a Takealot box, I believe the ultimate responsibility lie with Takealot.
