Ordered an HP laptop. paid for it . Order confirmed. In stock in Cape Town. No disclaimer about third party supplier. Date and place of delivery confirmed. Four days later the price went up and they unilaterally cancelled my order. Clear breach of contract. Misrepresentation!!
