Claims order delivered

I had an order that had to be delivered today, 20/11/2017. I just received an email stating that the order was delivered and that 'I' had signed for this. This order WAS NOT delivered as the provided address. I phoned the customer care center and the *********** rude agent told me that this was not Takealot.com's issue or problem.

Again Takealot.com can't deliver the services as advertised!!!!! Pathetic as always!!!!!!!
