Christmas Tree Spirit Broken by TAKEALOT/CPS #2

I have to say that TAKEALOT.COM has really been THE SINGLE MOST frustrating company I have EVER worked with! On 26 November I have made my 1st ever TAKEALOT.COM order online. (What a mistake!) My Christmas tree arrived on the 29th of November. (as per my previous complaint, the delivery was an absolute disappointment!) I have logged a complaint requesting a swop-out that evening. (29th November) On the 30th a consultant emailed me to let me know they do not have stock to replace my order, asking if I want a refund or credit. I requested a consultant phone me so we may sort this out as quick as possible. When I followed up with this consultant, another consultant emailed me back apologising as the previous consultant that was helping me was off. She then wanted to swop my tree out with a tree a lot smaller than what I had ordered originally. I then had to go to TAKEALOT.COM's supplier, found out that they did indeed still have stock (6 to be exact) and advise TAKEALOT.COM's staff that they could indeed swop the tree out as there was stock left. (what a joke!) On the 2nd of December the consultant advised me that they are in communication with their supplier and will sort this out and swop the item out as soon as possible. I have since followed up numerous times, NO REPLY!!!!! And till this day, no one has phoned me back. I have not spoken to ANY consultant regarding this MESS! It has now been 10 days later and I have no idea what is going on. As an experienced online shopper, this has really been a first for me. Disgusting to say the least! If ANY CONSULTANT can just give me feedback on this issue, it will already be a step in the right direction! I'm sure that can't be too much to ask for? Reference: RRN-efd7-0136
