Christmas ruined thanks to Takealot.com

Extremely pathetic service and customer care. I recently bought 16gb ddr5 ram sticks x2 and the items were ordered and paid for on December second and they said that it would get to me by December 22. I essentially ordered an entire Pc from them and the last part to arrive was this ram only for me to find out that this order was cancelled. Now I am not stupid. They claim to be out of stock yet I have been monitoring this order and they have this exact same item re listed at a higher price and then this whole time my order was not even kept aside or honoured but rather sold at the higher price to make more profit on their end and only now that this item is out of stock is my order cancelled. I spent over R18 000 ordering parts from Takealot this December and they have completely ruined my Christmas this is scalping at its finest and take a lot is the worst company pretending to care about clients. GIVE ME MY RAM . I have screenshots with the item and the dates being listed on the site at higher prices and still in stock.
