Christmas Ruined

I made over a R9000 purchase on Takealot for A phone, A Nintendo switch lite and a keyboard which I received on the 14th of December I opened all three the Nintendo switch screen does not function well and it kept doing its own thing, the keyboard I ordered was the purple one for R300 and when I opened that it turned out to be the cheaper pink one for R250 but the box also said it was purple but when you open the box it's clearly Pink, The phone seems to be the only thing that works, I have been trying to contact them since the 14th at 3pm after to get a replacement keyboard and Nintendo switch lite after sitting for hours trying to contact them I decided I don't want replacements I want a refund so I keep calling and then there was no answer only today on the 16th have I managed to get in contact with someone there only to find out that they can't help me with my refund and they had collected the Nintendo switch at 7:23 this morning and in order for me to get a refund I have to wait even longer for them to send me replacements and then I must send the new ones back for a refund after hearing that I told them to cancel the return for the keyboard and now I have to wait for the new Nintendo after spending so much money on their app it's ridiculous that they are sending out the wrong and broken items to there customers and because they can't answer there phones I have to go through this whole process just to get R5000 back from them, they have Ruined Christmas for my Family this year and I do not recommend using them to buy anything
