Christmas Failure!

Christmas Failure! Ordered 2x Barbie Dolls on December 1. It's now December 19 and I've just been notified that they have cancelled the order because the product is not available. I don't want my money back, I want a Christmas gift sent to my family. Takealot has become a terrible online service. Really hoping to find a better provider. I refuse to use them ever again.
