Christmas Eve and My order not here
Ordered and paid last week and was told my delivery will be delivered yesterday then today both [URL Removed] and FedEx said it will be delivered Today before 5pm.and I stupidly waited the whole day for the Stupid order.even rescheduled my traveling plans but instead now just 7pm I'm told it will be delivered Monday and now my niece won't have Christmas present and whose going to take it to Botswana for them as they'll be leaving on Saturday.Thanks for ruining my Day and Christmas.

According to the notes on our system FedEx attempted delivery on the evening of the 24th, but they weren't able to get hold of you at the delivery address. Our complaints team has reached out to the responsible courier branch to get confirmation of the attempts that they made to reach you when delivery was attempted.
