CHILD'S BIRTHDAY RUINED DUE TO LATE DELIVERY

<p>I ordered a GPS Tracker whatch for my son's 6th birthday. I received the confirmation of delivery email stating that the parcell will be delivered on the 2nd of June before 17h00. I also received a sms stating this. I requested delivery to my bussiness address. We close at 13h00. I phoned them and the recorded message said that if you received a email stating delivery will be on a certain date rest assured it will be delivered and should anything change they would sms you. I sat at work until 17h15 as I did not want to go home without a birthday present for my son. I promised him he would receive his gift that afternoon. Takealot never pitched and only sent me an sms on 3 June at 14h00 stating it could not be delivered as scheduled. The gift was eventually delivered on 5 June. You spoiled my son's birthday and wasted my time. Atleast communicate with your clients and come with an alternative!!</p>
