Cheesy Double Standards

I ordered a TV. They said delivery would be 12 days away. 2 days before the delivery, they cancelled the deal and **** about the reason why.

I ordered another TV on the 18th November and cancelled on the 19th, the next day. Less than 24 hours later. They mailed me, accepting the cancellation. Nonetheless, on the 23rd, they knocked on my door, trying to deliver the thing.

10 days later, they still have not credited me with the R14,000.00, yet keep on sending me forms asking me to comment on how they performed.

Like any giant corporation, supported by us, they have reached a stage where they do not care.

Until we stop buying from them, that is.
