CHECK YOUR TAKEALOT DELIVERIES BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM!!!

On the 4th of Feb 2023 I placed two separate orders, first order had 4 items and the other one had only 1 item, making it a totally of 5 items all together. When I collected my order on the 11th from one of their pickup points in Roodepoort, Princess. The agent gave me two separate boxes, of which I didn’t bother to check since I’ve placed two orders right. Only to find out when I get home that it’s only one order in both boxes. I called them since and sent them emails but they haven’t responded to any of my efforts or try to refund me.
