Check your parcels before leaving the Take-A-Lot premises!!!!!

I placed an online order for 4 x Spiderman party packs. I had to pay R 30.00 to go and collect my order from Rivergate. Upon arriving at home and opening the boxes i discovered only 3 x Spiderman packs were in the box even though I had been charged for 4. I have called them 9 times since yesterday to just organise a replacement for me. They then credit my Take-A-Lot account with R29 and charge a further R 30 for me to go and collect. Then they tell me there will be no charge to collect as it was their error. I cannot understand how a company like this is run. I have been begging for them to authorise the release of the packets as I need them urgently for my sons birthday on Friday. This has put me off so much that I will endeavour to never order from them again.
