Check your orders carefully - VERY wrong item

Ordered a bunch of items, including a Steelseries headset as a gift for my Wife's birthday.

Got everything else no problem, but instead of the headset, I received a shoddy cheap looking handheld microphone/speaker, which wasn't even close.

Its been an hour and I still haven't been contacted, and I needed this for Sunday.

Pretty shoddy service after years of buying from Takealot.
