Check your content before the courier leaves!

On the 24th of December 2020, I placed an order for 10 power supplies (12VDC 2Amp) which the Takealot courier brought on the 28th of December 2020.

I counted the items as I opened the package and found only 9 power supplies inside. I immediately sent Takealot a message to which they responded, asking whether the packaging was intact upon delivery. I confirmed that the package was sealed with the official Takealot tape, so the component could not have been lost in transit.

The Takealot operator then escalated it to the packing department and three days later they simply sent me another mail, saying that everything was packaged.

This is unacceptable. The monetary value of the component is neglectable (R68), but now you insinuate that I am trying to "*****" an extra power supply from you. This while your packing department HAS MADE A MISTAKE!!!

I realize that mistakes happen and this is why I did not fight with you when I first reported it, but how can you not track down this error. Your employees could rob you blind and you would not know about it!!!

Whoever packed my order is either ********* or ***********. Either way, I am offended and deeply disappointed in your business.
