Cheating services

Takealot is becoming a sloppy and bad service . They advertise 30 days hasselfree exchanges, but once an item is returned ,they refuse to accept it, saying 7 days has expired. I've been shopping for years and always had the peace of mind 30 days exchange policy. The staff are lazy and negligent and full of lies. Very unfair of such a big company to give such hassels and lie about the policies with false advertising
