Cheated of a free item after making a R11 999 purchase

I purchased a dishwasher on the App and it was supposed to be delivered with a free Bluetooth speaker. The machine was delivered but the speaker was not. I have sent several emails and made several calls to TakeALot and they are saying that I will not get the free speaker. They say their is "special" process involved when purchasing items that come with free items and that I did not follow this process. Nowhere on their App do they mention this process. Their App only says "BUY THE LG 14 PIECE PLACE SETTING QUADWASH PLATINUM SILVER A++ TOUCH DISHWASHER & GET A FREE LG XBOOM XG2T ULTRA-RUGGED PORTABLE SPEAKER WITH 10HR PLAY". You then have the ""Add to Cart" option. There is "to purchase this item with the free item, follow xyz process". When you call them, they say they will call you back but they dont, they just reply with an e-mail that says they followed the correct procedure. How do you advertise a free item but do not deliver the free item and then blame the customer for not following a procedure that only you are aware of??? Its a pity I cant give you a zero rating.
